RIVATREM experience is discussed during the Seventh Workshop from the Biological Sciences’ Graduation Program – Federal University of Goias.

Internacionalization and integration initiatives were the main topic discussed during the Seventh Workshop from the Biological Sciences’ Graduation Program – Federal University of Goias, hold on Goiania – Brazil, between December 6 and 7th, 2018. Dr. Fernanda Giachini, the Brazilian RIVATREM executive representant, was invited to talk about this collaborative network experience.

During her talk, the encouragement for collaborative research projects within latin-american country was addressed, as well as the most relevant achievements from RIVATREM were presented. The audience actively participated on discussions regarding how collaborative networks may impact local scientific development.

Las iniciativas de internacionalización e integración fueron el tema principal discutido durante el Séptimo Taller del Programa de Graduación de Ciencias Biológicas - Universidad Federal de Goiás, celebrada en Goiania - Brasil, entre el 6 y el 7 de diciembre de 2018. Dra. Fernanda Giachini, representante ejecutiva del RIVATREM de Brasil , fue invitado a hablar sobre esta experiencia de red colaborativa.

Durante su charla, se abordó el estímulo para los proyectos de investigación en colaboración en el país latinoamericano y se presentaron los logros más relevantes de RIVATREM. La audiencia participó activamente en las discusiones sobre cómo las redes de colaboración pueden afectar el desarrollo científico local.
